How the video call works

Use this page to request a video meeting. Our team will confirm the final meeting slot by email after reviewing your details.

   Choose meeting method

   Select Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, phone call, or provide your own meeting link.

   Select date, time, and timezone

   Send your preferred schedule plus an alternative time so our team can confirm quickly.

   Share order discussion details

   Add your product category, quantity, logo/design link, target budget, and questions.

4. 4

   Receive confirmation by email

   We review your request, confirm availability, and send the final meeting link or join your provided link.
