Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Apparels Bridge, most products are custom-made, personalized, private-label, or produced for wholesale and bulk orders. Because these items are made according to customer-approved designs, sizes, colors, logos, names, numbers, branding, and order specifications, we do not accept returns for non-defective products.

We accept returns only for defective products, incorrect items, or manufacturing errors caused by Apparels Bridge.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is damaged before delivery.
• The wrong item, size, color, or design was sent by our team.
• The customization does not match the final approved order details.
• The issue is reported within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made products without defects.
• Personalized products with names, numbers, logos, embroidery, sublimation, labels, or private branding.
• Bulk orders produced according to approved mockups, measurements, or order details.
• Products returned because the customer changed their mind.
• Products returned because the wrong size, color, logo, or wording was provided by the customer.
• Used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged items after delivery.
• Sample orders after approval, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Please include:

• Order number
• Customer name or company name
• Clear photos or videos of the defect
• Description of the issue
• Delivery date

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product qualifies for return. Do not send any product back before receiving approval from Apparels Bridge.

Return Shipping

For approved defective items, Apparels Bridge will provide return instructions.

If the product is confirmed defective, incorrect, or affected by a manufacturing error, we will cover the approved return shipping cost or provide a suitable resolution.

If the issue is caused by incorrect customer-provided details, customer measurement error, wrong logo file, wrong spelling, wrong color selection, or change of mind, the product is not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued only for approved defective products, incorrect items, or confirmed manufacturing errors.

No Exchanges

Apparels Bridge does not offer product exchanges.

For defective or incorrect products, we may offer one of the following solutions after review:

• Refund
• Replacement
• Repair or correction
• Partial refund, if suitable for the issue

The final resolution depends on the product condition, order type, defect, customization, and production details.

Order Approval Policy

For custom, wholesale, private-label, and bulk production orders, customers are responsible for checking all order details before production starts.

This includes:

• Product type
• Design mockup
• Logo placement
• Names and numbers
• Size chart
• Colors
• Material
• Quantity
• Branding and packaging details

Once the customer approves the design, sizing, and order details, production begins. Approved custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless a confirmed manufacturing defect or production error is found.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days after delivery. Please provide photos or videos so our team can review the issue quickly.
